This place is in a great location, close to the airport and main areas, yet in a peaceful area. We found a restaurant called Golden Spoon nearby and had a satisfying lunch there.

Our a double room was brand-NEW. It had new facilities in the bathroom: a shower and bath sheets. The hotel was in a great and awesome location next to Kolkata, the airport and the main areas.

It had dirty beds, maybe it was bad luck.

The location here is really nice and perfect, just a short walk away from Diamond Plaza. It's in a pretty quiet area which is great for a relaxing stay.

New Year's at this hotel was great! They offered two free drinks and were in a prime location right in the heart of the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a window with a nice view.

The lack of cleanliness was appalling. We found hair in the sheets and dirt in the bathroom.

The hotel location was great and close to all the Easter festivities. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. Two complementary features I appreciated were the free Wi-Fi and the breakfast. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. the view from the window was fantastic and made for a great photo-op.

There were some negative aspects to my stay. The worst part was the lack of hot water in the morning.
